Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

We will provide tracking information via email when your order ships. Please note that tracking information may not update in real-time, and delivery confirmation requirements vary by destination.

4. Returns & Refunds

Return Window

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original, unwashed condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not returnable
• Custom or personalized items are generally non-returnable unless defective

Return Process

2. Obtain a return shipping label or return instructions
3. Ship the item back in its original condition
4. Upon receipt and inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

Return Shipping Costs

Refunds are issued for the purchase price only. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective merchandise) or your jurisdiction provides consumer protections requiring us to cover return shipping.

Defective Products
